Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tbsp Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • 1 Cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 Cup Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Diced onions
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped cilantroLime wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

  • To start, ensure that the chicken breasts are cleaned and trimmed of any excess fat. Then, season them with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor. Set aside while you prepare the marinade.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended. This flavorful marinade will infuse the chicken with a delicious combination of spices.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • While the chicken is resting, it's time to prepare the toppings for your tacos. Shred the lettuce, dice the tomatoes and onions, and chop the cilantro. These fresh and vibrant ingredients will add a burst of flavor and texture to your chicken tacos.
  • Take a flour tortilla and place a few slices of grilled chicken in the center. Top it off with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. Squeeze some lime juice over the filling for an extra zing of flavor. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.
