Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • Zest of 1 lime (optional, for citrusy freshness)

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all the spices: chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, coriander, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • If desired, add the zest of one lime for a fresh, citrusy touch.
  • Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Store the seasoning in an airtight container or jar for up to 6 months.
  • To use, sprinkle generously over your choice of meat (beef, chicken, or pork) before grilling or add it to your marinade for a deeper flavor.

  • Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper based on your heat preference.
