Instructions
 

Prepare the Batte r:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, egg, and oil. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix; lumps are okay.

Preheat the Griddle :

  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray, butter, or oil.

Cook the Pancakes :

  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
