Ingredients
  

  • 500g (1 lb) salmon belly
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Marinade :
    In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and honey (if using). Mix well.
  • Marinate the Salmon Belly :
    Place the salmon belly pieces in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes (optional).
  • Heat the Pan :
    Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Cook the Salmon Belly :
    Place the marinated salmon belly in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Garnish and Serve :
    Transfer the salmon belly to a serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot with rice, salad, or your favorite side dish.
