- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut (for garnish)
Preheat the Oven : Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or use a non-stick spray. Mix Dry Ingredients : In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Cream Butter and Sugar : In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add Eggs and Extracts : Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla and almond extracts.
