Coco Lopez Piña Colada Recipe

A creamy and tropical Coco Lopez Piña Colada cocktail made with coconut, pineapple, and rum.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
  • 4 oz pineapple juice (preferably fresh)
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 oz dark rum (for float)
  • Pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Blend the ingredients:
    In a blender, combine Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut, pineapple juice, white rum, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Prepare the glasses:
    Rim the glasses with sugar or coconut flakes if desired. Pour the blended mixture into the glasses.
  • Optional float:
    For an extra kick, carefully pour 1 oz of dark rum on top of each drink as a float.
  • Garnish:
    Decorate with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
  • Serve:
    Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical escape!

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and replace it with extra pineapple juice.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut.
