  • 1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (9-inch)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Optional toppings: fresh fruit, whipped cream, chocolate shavings

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with the granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Pour the filling into the Keebler graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Before serving, add your desired toppings such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, or chocolate shavings.
