Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Batter:
    In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  • Spread in Pan:
    Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  • Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:
    In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle the Topping:
    Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top of the dough.
  • Bake:
    Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool and Slice:
    Allow the bars to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before slicing into squares or rectangles.

Notes

  • For a thicker bar, use an 8x8-inch pan and adjust the baking time to 30-35 minutes.
  • Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
