- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick dough forms. Spread in Pan: Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan. Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping: In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the Topping: Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top of the dough. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool and Slice: Allow the bars to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before slicing into squares or rectangles.
