Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Mix dry ingredients:
    In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugar:
    In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla:
    Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Combine:
    Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until smooth.
  • Shape the cookies:
    Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and flatten slightly. Add sprinkles if desired.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the cookies inside, leaving space between them
  • .Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 6-7 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Cool:
    Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

  • These cookies don’t spread much in the air fryer, so flatten them slightly before baking.
  • Parchment paper is essential to prevent sticking.
