- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp sprinkles (optional)
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar: In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla: Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until smooth. Shape the cookies: Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and flatten slightly. Add sprinkles if desired. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the cookies inside, leaving space between them
