Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter and let it cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  • Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution.
  • Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Slice and enjoy!
Serve warm or store in an airtight container

Notes

  • The blondies will continue to firm up as they cool, so avoid overbaking.
  • Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor.
