- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution.
Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Slice and enjoy! Serve warm or store in an airtight container
- The blondies will continue to firm up as they cool, so avoid overbaking.
