- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Stir in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
