Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  • Stir in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less hot sauce.
  • Use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch for a more traditional buffalo flavor.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
