Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese, drained
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (if needed for consistency)
  • Crushed pistachios (optional, for garnish)
  • Waffle cones, graham crackers, or fruit for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese. Beat until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add heavy cream to reach the desired consistency.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with crushed pistachios if desired.
  • Chill for at least 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with waffle cones, graham crackers, or fruit for dipping.

Notes

  • Drain ricotta cheese properly to avoid a watery dip.
  • For extra sweetness, adjust the powdered sugar to taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
