- 1 cup ricotta cheese, drained
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (if needed for consistency)
- Crushed pistachios (optional, for garnish)
- Waffle cones, graham crackers, or fruit for dipping
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese. Beat until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Mix until well combined.
Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
If the mixture is too thick, add heavy cream to reach the desired consistency.
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with crushed pistachios if desired.
Chill for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with waffle cones, graham crackers, or fruit for dipping.
