Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.
Add some whole spices and saute for 1 minute.
Now add some Onions, carrot, spring onions and green chillis.
Add some garlic and ginger paste and sauté until fragrant.
Now add some salt and add cooked rice and saute
saute for 4 to 5 minutes and add some coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
serve it hot.
