Ingredients
  

  • Cooked rice
  • Vegetables (such as carrots, peas, and corn)
  • Protein of your choice (such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
  • Eggs (your Choice)
  • Spices
  • oil
  • Garlic Ginger Paste
  • onions and Spring Onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green Chillies
  • Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.
  • Add some whole spices and saute for 1 minute.
  • Now add some Onions, carrot, spring onions and green chillis.
  • Add some garlic and ginger paste and sauté until fragrant.
  • Now add some salt and add cooked rice and saute
  • saute for 4 to 5 minutes and add some coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  • serve it hot.
