  • 250 gram paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • ½ tsp nigella seeds (kalonji)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, pureed
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp achar masala (pickling spice mix)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Paneer:
    Mix paneer cubes with yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
