Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds of crab legs, pre-cooked and thawed if frozen
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Thawing: If using frozen crab legs, thaw them overnight in the refrigerator. This ensures even cooking.
  • Steaming: Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place a steamer basket in the pot and arrange the crab legs on top. Cover and steam for 5-7 minutes until they are heated through.
  • Garlic Butter Sauce: In a separate pan, melt a generous amount of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic. For an extra kick, you can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Dipping and Serving: Once the crab legs are steamed, carefully crack the shells and serve them with the luscious garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor and a pop of color.
