- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Thawing: If using frozen crab legs, thaw them overnight in the refrigerator. This ensures even cooking.
Steaming: Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place a steamer basket in the pot and arrange the crab legs on top. Cover and steam for 5-7 minutes until they are heated through.
Garlic Butter Sauce: In a separate pan, melt a generous amount of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic. For an extra kick, you can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
