Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, combine the crushed Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
Place the pan in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it's creamy and smooth.
Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing until well combined.Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream until the mixture is silky and uniform.
Assemble and Bake: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
Tap the pan on the counter a few times to remove any air bubbles.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until the edges are set, but the center is slightly jiggly.
Turn off the oven and crack the oven door, allowing the cheesecake to cool slowly.
Once it reaches room temperature, refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Decorate and Serve: Prior to serving, you can add a festive touch by drizzling red and green food coloring over the top.
Garnish with whipped cream and additional Little Debbie snacks.
