  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    Gather all your ingredients and make sure your fruits are frozen. This will give your smoothie a thick, creamy texture.
  • Add Ingredients to Blender:
    Start by adding the almond milk to your blender. This will help the blades move more smoothly. Then, add the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, collagen powder (if using), chia seeds, and spinach.
  • Blend Until Smooth:
    Blend all the ingredients on high until you achieve a smooth consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is mixed well.
