Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz rice noodles or egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, shrimp, or tofu
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro or sesame seeds for garnish
  • Side options: cucumber salad, steamed dumplings, or vegetable spring rolls

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet. Sear chicken, shrimp, or tofu until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté garlic, ginger, and vegetables for 3–4 minutes.
  • Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes. Toss well.
  • Return protein to the pan and mix until evenly coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions, cilantro, or sesame seeds.
  • Pair with cucumber salad or spring rolls for a complete meal.
