Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Layer bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, and spinach.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
