Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion, carrot, and garlic until softened.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • Stir in tomato paste, broth, thyme, and rosemary. Simmer until thickened.
  • Mix in peas, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  • Broil for 2 minutes for a crisp top, if desired.
