- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 bsp Dijon mustard
- 1 bsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
Add poppy seeds, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes before serving.
