This homemade Poppy Seed Dressing is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and creamy flavors. Ideal for drizzling over salads, fruits, or as a dipping sauce, it’s easy to make and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 bsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 bsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  • Add poppy seeds, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Shake or whisk before using, as ingredients may separate.
  • For a lighter version, replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
