Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup cooked black beans (or canned, drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño (sliced, optional)
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Spread tortilla chips on a baking tray.
  • Add chopped onion and bell pepper.
