Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup warm water
- ½ teaspoon salt
Filling
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon cumin
Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Pinch salt
Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually Knead until smooth dough forms Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
