For Pork Chops:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
For Mashed Potatoes:
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup milk (warm)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For Green Beans:
- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Pork Chops:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip pork chops in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place chops inside.
Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
Mashed Potatoes:
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until creamy.
