Ingredients
  

For Pork Chops:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

For Mashed Potatoes:

  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup milk (warm)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For Green Beans:

  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Pork Chops:

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip pork chops in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place chops inside.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.

Mashed Potatoes:

  • Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  • Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until creamy.

Green Beans:

  • Steam or sauté green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 5–7 minutes.

Notes

  • Use bone-in chops for more flavour if preferred.
  • Panko breadcrumbs make chops extra crispy.
  • Add roasted garlic to mashed potatoes for depth.
  • Steam green beans lightly to retain crunch.
  • Ensure pork reaches 145°F (63°C) for safe cooking.
