Ingredients
  

  • 12 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (for a crispy topping)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and parsley until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into each mushroom cap.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for extra crispiness.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Arrange mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or crab meat to the filling.
  • Use panko breadcrumbs for an even crunchier topping.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
