- 1 cup popcorn (unsalted, air-popped)
- 1 cup mixed raw vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, celery)
- 1 boiled egg or 100g grilled chicken (optional)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- Optional: fresh herbs (parsley, dill)
Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a plate. Cook the Protein: If using, boil the egg or grill the chicken. Slice into smaller pieces. Air-Pop the Popcorn: Use an air-popper or microwave to prepare the popcorn. Avoid adding butter or salt. Assemble the Dish: Place the popcorn alongside the vegetables. Add the protein on top or on the side. Season and Serve: Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and herbs as desired. Serve immediately.
