- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tsp almond extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- Powdered sugar, for rolling
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
Add egg whites and almond extract, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
Roll dough into small balls and coat generously with powdered sugar.
Place cookies on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until cracked and lightly golden.
Cool completely before serving.
