- 2 cups fresh spinach (or 1 package frozen, thawed and drained)
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
