Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For Apple Mixture:

  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat oven to 180°C and grease a loaf pan.
  • Next, mix chopped apples with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Then, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  • In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
  • Stir in milk and vanilla extract gradually.
  • Meanwhile, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and combine gently.
  • Pour half the batter into the pan.
  • Layer with half the apples and cinnamon mixture.
  • Add remaining batter and top with remaining apples.
  • Swirl lightly using a knife for a marbled effect.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes until golden and set.
  • Cool completely before drizzling glaze on top.
