  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Stir in any optional add-ins.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

  • Use rolled oats for best texture (not instant).
