Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Glaze:

  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat the oven to 180°C. Then, grease a loaf pan lightly.
  • Next, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, and egg in a bowl. After that, add onion, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything gently until combined. Then, shape the mixture into a loaf. Place it in the prepared pan.
  • Meanwhile, mix glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
  • Finally, bake for 60 minutes until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
