Ingredients
  

  • 3–4 pounds corned beef brisket
  • 2 apples (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup water
  • Spice packet (included with corned beef)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
