- 500 g ground beef
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
- Spring onions or sesame seeds for garnish
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
Add onions and bell peppers; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Add cornstarch slurry if a thicker sauce is desired.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is well coated.
Garnish with spring onions or sesame seeds and serve hot.
