Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz noodles (lo mein, egg noodles, or rice noodles)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Asian Zing sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds & chopped spring onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook Noodles:
    Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare Chicken:
    In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly golden.
  • Stir-Fry Vegetables:
    Add onions, peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  • Add Aromatics:
    Stir in garlic and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Make the Sauce:
    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Asian Zing sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
  • Combine with Noodles:
    Add cooked noodles to the pan. Toss until evenly coated with sauce.
  • Garnish & Serve:
    Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onions before serving hot.

Notes

  • Adjust chili level in Asian Zing sauce to suit your heat preference.
  • For extra flavor, marinate chicken in soy sauce and garlic for 15 minutes.
  • Lo mein noodles give the best texture, but rice noodles work for gluten-free.
