For Dough
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For Topping
- 300 g ground lamb or beef
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley
For Serving

Prepare Dough
Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.Add warm water and oil.Knead into smooth dough.Rest for 1 hour.
Prepare Topping
Mix ground meat and vegetables.Add spices.Mix well.
Shape Lahmacun
Divide dough into balls.Roll into thin circles.Spread topping thinly.
Bake
Preheat oven to 220°C.Bake 8–10 minutes.
Serve
Add parsley and lemon juice.Roll and enjoy.
