Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons za’atar spice mix

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  • Add warm water and olive oil.
  • Knead into soft dough.
  • Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Divide dough into small balls.
  • Roll into flat circles.
  • Mix olive oil and za’atar.
  • Spread topping on dough.
  • Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
