Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10–12 minutes.
  • Transfer eggs to cold water and let cool completely. Peel and slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash until smooth.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and most of the bacon.
  • Spoon or pipe the filling into egg whites.
  • Garnish with remaining bacon, paprika, and chives.

Notes

  • Use eggs that are a few days old for easier peeling.
  • Let eggs cool fully before peeling to avoid tearing whites.
  • Shred cheese finely for a smoother filling.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Best served chilled or slightly cool.
