- 1 cup apricot preserves or jam
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
