For the Pasta
- 12 ounces pasta of choice
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 block feta cheese (8 ounces)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place cherry tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Add minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish.
Drizzle extra olive oil over the feta.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
Remove baking dish from oven and stir feta and tomatoes into a creamy sauce.
Toss cooked pasta into the sauce until fully coated.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
