Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for binding)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions
 

Make Cheese Sauce

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.Cook until slightly thickened.Add cheddar and mozzarella, stirring until melted.Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Combine

  • Mix cooked macaroni with cheese sauce.Let cool slightly, then mix in the egg.

Shape

  • Grease a mini muffin tray.Spoon mac and cheese mixture into each cup.Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.

Bake

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set.

Serve

  • Let cool for a few minutes before removing.Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for best melting.
  • Do not overfill muffin cups.
  • Allow bites to cool slightly before removing.
  • Use non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
  • Adjust spices to taste.
  • Use elbow macaroni or small pasta shapes.
