For the Bake
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed
- 8 ounces feta cheese block
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Pasta
- 12 ounces penne, fusilli, or bowtie pasta
- ¼ cup reserved pasta water

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the feta cheese block in the center of a baking dish. Surround it with cherry tomatoes. Add the salmon fillet alongside the tomatoes.
Drizzle olive oil over everything. Sprinkle garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper evenly across the dish.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork, and the tomatoes have burst.
While the bake is in the oven, cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining.
Remove the baking dish from the oven. Break the salmon into flakes and mash the feta and tomatoes together to create a creamy sauce.
Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the baking dish. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.
Top with fresh basil, parsley, and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
