Ingredients
  

  • 1 round (8–10 oz) brie cheese
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries
  • ⅓ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped (optional)
  • Crackers, baguette slices, or apple slices (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the brie on a cutting board and carefully slice it horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
  • Sprinkle cranberries and walnuts evenly over the bottom half of the brie.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and add herbs if using.
  • Place the top layer of brie back on and transfer to a parchment-lined baking dish.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the brie is soft and slightly oozing.
  • Serve immediately while warm.
