Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese (200–250 g)
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Carefully slice the Brie wheel horizontally to create two layers.
  • Sprinkle dried cranberries and chopped walnuts evenly over the bottom layer.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and add herbs if using.
  • Place the top layer of Brie back on and gently press.
  • Bake on a lined baking tray for 12–15 minutes until soft and melty.
  • Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • Use a firm Brie to make slicing easier.
  • Do not overbake, as the cheese may leak excessively.
  • Honey is optional but enhances sweetness.
  • Fresh herbs add a pleasant aroma.
