Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • Chopped walnuts
  • Chocolate chips
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 4x8-inch loaf pan.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Stir in the melted butter.
  • Step 3: Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt. Stir again.
  • Step 4: Add the flour last. Mix until the batter is just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Step 5: Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes. Insert a toothpick to check for doneness.
  • Step 6: Let it cool for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan. Slice and serve warm or store for later.
