- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 4x8-inch loaf pan.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Stir in the melted butter.
Step 3: Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt. Stir again.
Step 4: Add the flour last. Mix until the batter is just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 5: Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes. Insert a toothpick to check for doneness.
Step 6: Let it cool for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan. Slice and serve warm or store for later.
