chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Stir in the oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
Fold in chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts if using.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
