Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Stir in the oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts if using.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
