- ¾ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño or chili pepper, finely chopped (optional)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 small cucumber, diced (optional)
