- 2 pounds chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (for crispiness)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking tray with foil. Place a wire rack on top.
Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Arrange wings on the rack in a single layer.
