Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 small tostada shells
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup nacho cheese sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter (for toasting)

Instructions
 

  • Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
