Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups fresh spinach (or 1 ½ cups frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain extra fat.
  • Stir in spinach, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Mix well and let the mixture simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
  • Fresh spinach adds vibrant color and texture.
