- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups fresh spinach (or 1 ½ cups frozen, thawed and drained)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
